WORSHIP SERVICE
We
are currently observing our Summer hours, and have a single Sunday morning
service until September 12, 2010. Sunday
Morning Worship is a traditional Disciples worship service. We
observe communion each Sunday (And we practice an 'open' table. You do
NOT have to be a member of LCC to commune at the Lord's table.) We
share in praise, hymns, prayer, responsive readings, offering of our gifts,
and - certainly – scripture and Spirit-fed preaching: hearing and studying
the Word of God. Now
if you are unwilling to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve,
whether the gods your ancestors served in the region beyond the River or the
gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my
household, we will serve the Lord. Joshua 24:15 |
